Eligibility for Ghanaian Applicants
- Open to Ghanaian citizens residing in Ghana.
- Must hold at least a bachelor’s degree (for master’s) or a master’s degree (for Ph.D.).
- Strong academic record and leadership potential.
- Proficiency in English (TOEFL/IELTS required unless exempt).
- No recent or extensive U.S. study experience.
